Registration

The registration fees are :

220 € for permanent staff,

110 € for post-docs and PhD students,

free for guests,

free for people from the University of Bordeaux (but without accommodations).

These fees apply to academics and CNRS agents; for others (CEA agents, private sector, foreign academics...) a 10% VAT surcharge will be applied. Registration includes meals from Tuesday evening to Friday noon (including the banquet dinner), accommodation and coffee breaks. The default accommodation is in a double room, with a supplement of 50 € for a single room. Bordeaux residents who wish to be accommodated on the Aérocampus must pay the registration fees.

as the site does not allow users to modify a registration in case of error.

After making sure you have gathered the following information:

1. Your travel information (when and how? arrival/departure time, plane/train/car)

2. Food preference (if applicable)

3. The name + email + phone number of the administrative person in charge of your payment (especially if you are paying by purchase order)

The payment of the registration fees is done either by BANK CARD or by CNRS purchase order with the pre-purchase order that will be sent to you by e-mail (be careful, especially for the staff in a UMR, to make sure that a CNRS purchase order is established, because the purchase orders of other entities, for example University, are not accepted). The deadline for registration and payment is May 5, 2023.

The name of the purchase order must be written as follows

For the registrations by purchase order, if possible, we thank you to make collective purchase orders by laboratory or by team in order to simplify the management.

For any cancellation of less than 15 days until the day of arrival, 100% of the amount must be paid.
